To be united in faith by the Word of God, to be a joy filled
congregation, to be called by Christ to heal a broken world!

WHAT WE BELIEVE:

We are known as individuals, by name of Christian only. As a congregation of Christians worshipping together we are known as a church of Christ. We belong to Jesus Christ because He bought us with his blood (I Corinthians 6:11, 16, 20). Each of us accepts Jesus as being Lord and therefore by faith we are obedient to His commands. We accept the Bible as the inspired Word of God. We believe that it is all that we need to be people of God who are considered by God as righteous (2 Timothy 3:16, 17). We try to make the Bible our only guide in religious matters. Because the Scriptures teach that each congregation should be self-governing and under the oversight of elders within that congregation, we do not belong to any denomination (I Peter 5:1-3).

The Bible tells us that we all sin and that all have shortcomings (Romans 3:23). For this reason we need Christ. He became the perfect sacrifice that paid for our sins (2 Corinthians 5:21). Because He is the perfect sacrifice, we can come to God and have fellowship with God through Jesus (I John 1:6-7).

Our common bond makes us brethren and we enjoy fellowship with one another. It is our desire that others have this same bond and fellowship (I Timothy 2:4: II Peter 3:9). For this reason we preach the gospel message each week and participate in a public worship that is open for anyone to attend.

We became Christians by our own choice through investigation. We urge you to do the same! We are concerned that so many people do not know who Jesus Christ is. We are prepared to help in their search to find the truth.

God's word promises us that all men will be judged by that word one day (John 12:48). We urge you to make a careful investigation of God's word and allow it to be the only authority and guide in your life.

WHEN YOU VISIT US:

You will be a respected and honored guest when you visit us. You will not be asked to contribute or donate money. You will see a worship service that includes prayer (I Timothy 2:1-4) and partaking of the Lord's supper each first day of the week (Acts 20:7; I Corinthians 11:24-26). Our worship will also include singing praises to God (Colossians 3:16). Each member of the congregation will be given an opportunity to give as God has instructed (I Corinthians 16:1,2) and God's word will be preached and taught during the service (II Timothy 4:1-5). Obedience to Jesus is taught at every service and an opportunity will be provided for any and all to obey Him in response to the Lord's invitation. (Acts 2:38)

WHAT CAN WE OFFER YOU:

We believe in serving the Lord and in serving you.
We are always looking for opportunities to do both.
